At Fit Pilates, we welcome all ages and fitness levels. Our yoga studio is equipped with twelve mats, blocks, and straps. You are welcome to bring a mat from home, if you prefer!
We are also equipped to host small private events upon request. Contact us to discuss options - we’d love to host your group of friends or coworkers!
